Overview

The Public Safety Officer at Milford Regional Medical Center is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and hospital properties through regular patrols, monitoring, and reporting of any irregularities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related experience in public safety.
• Complete initial and ongoing training programs.
• Ability to interpret written and oral instructions.
• Cooperate with law enforcement as needed.
• Complete CPR and other safety training.
• Ability to handle changing situations effectively.
• Must complete restraint training within 6 months.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
