Fire & Safety Officer - Remote

Overview

The Fire & Safety Officer will oversee and ensure fire safety at the site, managing emergency responses and conducting safety drills.

In Short

• Oversee fire safety at the site.
• Perform equipment set-up upon arrival at a fire scene.
• Dispatch and accompany Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Prepare and execute evacuation drills.
• Complete firefighting and salvage operations.
• Determine if individuals are trapped and secure their rescue.
• Maintain records of all incidents and equipment.
• Liaise with government authorities for NOC renewals.
• Ensure fire safety systems are effective.
• Report to the Fire Safety Manager/Property Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety.
• 3-5 years of work experience in fire safety.
• Knowledge of fire suppression techniques.
• Familiarity with emergency medical services principles.
• Analytical and meticulous approach to safety.
