Overview

The Medical Assistant II provides clinical care and performs clerical duties to support office/clinic functions under the direction of licensed clinicians, playing a vital role in patient care.

• Escort patients to examination rooms and record vital signs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Medical Assistant credential approved by the Massachusetts Department of Health.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for certification.
