Overview

The Clinical Revenue Integrity Manager will oversee the charge capture team, ensure compliance with clinical documentation, and manage charge entry processes to improve revenue integrity within the healthcare setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 5 years of experience in medical coding and Chargemaster.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with CPT, HCPCs, and ICD9 coding principles preferred.
• Current knowledge of the Revenue cycle.
• Registered Nurse or relevant coding credential required.
• Fire Life Safety Training certification required within 30 days of hire.
