DocuSign Systems Administrator - Supply Chain - Remote

Overview

This position oversees and provides the analytical/technical skills needed for leading the implementation, coordination, maintenance, and improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management software and related processes within the Supply Chain Contracts team and its affiliates.

In Short

• Oversee daily operations of the DocuSign system.
• Collaborate with IT, Contracts, and Supply Chain teams.
• Produce trend reports and identify variances to target metrics.
• Manage process flow and reporting/dashboarding.
• Develop and maintain databases and data analytics.
• Communicate effectively with managers and executives.
• Perform data entry and maintain process workflows.
• Implement Contracts optimization projects.
• Develop documentation for standard questions and workflows.
• Support the smooth operation of the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience as a supply chain analyst or logistics coordinator.
• 3-5 years of experience in software implementation or maintenance.
• Proficiency in DocuSign or equivalent CLM system.
• Adept at dashboarding, reporting, and data analytics concepts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to document and maintain process workflows.
• Customer service emphasis.
• Preferred: 5 years of Healthcare Contracting experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of DocuSign CLM functionality.
