Overview

The Timekeeping Coordinator provides central administrative timekeeping support to teams of industrial front-line employees and their leaders, ensuring compliance and delivering world-class customer service.

In Short

  • Function as a timekeeping system “superuser” for various client accounts.
  • Run daily reports to capture errors affecting payroll accuracy.
  • Submit regular error reporting to field leadership.
  • Conduct weekly PTO reconciliation before payroll closes.
  • Audit and enforce compliance schedules in the timekeeping system.
  • Manage incoming requests with timely responses.
  • Develop relationships with support function owners and field teams.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Drive special projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years of administration or customer service/support experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and JD Edwards.
  • Experience with UKG Kronos is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and resolve various issues.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
