Overview

The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings and systems, ensuring functionality and safety.

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of various building systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and controls.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Ability to work extended hours and respond to emergencies.
• Must maintain a neat appearance as per dress code.
• Ability to use technology such as smartphones and web applications.
