Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Corporate EHS Manager to support and enhance our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) efforts across North America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and be able to drive impactful change within a collaborative environment.

In Short

• Champion Corporate EHS efforts focusing on high-risk areas.
• Lead and coordinate technical reviews of Corporate EHS Programs.
• Engage with clients to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Oversee contractor management processes for compliance.
• Build collaborative relationships with regional EHS teams.
• Support development of Safety Improvement Plans across business portfolios.
• Participate in the Company Crisis Management Program.
• Prepare and present program update reports to senior management.
• Oversee select EHS projects ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS program management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America.
• CSP and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and information management skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage EHS projects across multiple sites.
• Crisis and emergency management expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
