In Short

• Lead and manage assigned project teams, budgets, and work plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to PMO team members.
• Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with direct reports.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple projects.
• Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements.
• Prepare client deliverables including presentations and reports.
• Participate in firm initiatives and special projects.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends in project management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to an inclusive workplace culture.
• PMP or project management certification preferred.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector a plus.
