Overview

As an Associate Consultant of Nonprofit Technology and Operations, you will partner with nonprofits to enhance their fundraising operations through effective processes, technology, and strategies.

In Short

• Support client-facing engagement teams in nonprofit fundraising.
• Conduct assessments and deliver reports on fundraising processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a nonprofit setting, with 2+ years in fundraising operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Analytical skills for developing client recommendations.
• Time management skills for managing multiple priorities.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Professional certification is a plus.
