Overview

This key position involves taking responsibility for the project management team and strategically significant projects of GQS, advancing methodologies, internal structures, and customer projects.

Requirements

• Solid experience in leading SAP projects, ideally in large and complex corporate structures.
• In-depth understanding of methodological approaches in SAP projects.
• Experience in the introduction, optimization, or migration of SAP systems.
• Several years of experience in a leadership role or as a senior project manager.
• Ability to analyze and structure processes effectively.
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams or managing external partners.
• Strong communication skills in challenging customer situations.
• Ability to balance customer requirements with business goals.
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to take responsibility.
