Overview

The Executive Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships while driving strategic growth initiatives in a remote setting.

In Short

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience managing account relationships.
  • Produce knowledge/produce management background.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexible to assist with client needs outside normal hours.
  • Ability to think critically about customer needs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
