Overview

The Client Services Lead will be the driving force behind managing MEGA client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support for our largest clients.

In Short

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and production teams.
  • Conduct client calls and provide administrator training.
  • Maintain client documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Stay updated on product releases and system functionalities.
  • Collaborate on product updates and consultations.
  • Deliver clear communication on system functionalities and project initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Coordinate Annual Enrollment activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and assist the sales team.
  • Identify trends and training needs for the Service Center team.

Requirements

  • Preferably a college degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience with large, complex clients in benefits administration.
  • Strong project management experience, especially with technology projects.
  • In-depth understanding of benefit administration and employee programs.
  • Comfortable with technology and adept at navigating systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in Human Capital Management systems.
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent relationship management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations.
  • Resilience under pressure and resourceful problem-solving skills.
