Overview

The Middle Office Service Support Specialist is responsible for completing various middle office operations functions and ensuring a seamless flow of information between Trust Administration, Trust Operations, Tax, Compliance, and Investments.

In Short

  • Complete account opening/closing procedures.
  • Assist Wealth Advisory Personnel in the client onboarding process.
  • Ensure client access to online wealth management programs.
  • Review and send client documents & notifications on accounts.
  • Perform ongoing account maintenance & updates.
  • Assist Compliance department with meeting necessary standards.
  • Review and maintain liability insurance for real estate held in trust accounts.
  • Maintain assets in safekeeping vault & integrity of client vault files.
  • Assist with frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or High School diploma with 2 or more years related work experience required.
  • Knowledge of trust operating system and accounting procedures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with little supervision.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Perform duties under frequent time pressures.
