CRE Credit Analyst II/III - Remote

Overview

The CRE (Commercial Real Estate) Credit Analyst provides accurate, timely, and succinct credit analysis to support the company’s portfolio management and new business development efforts.

In Short

• Conduct financial statement spreading and analysis.
• Calculate Debt Service Coverage or Fixed Charge Coverage Ratios.
• Minimize risk of extending credit to businesses and individuals.
• Perform file reviews and communicate with loan teams.
• Prepare clear Commercial Credit Approval Request (CCAR) memos.
• Evaluate collateral and industry data.
• Assist with Portfolio Management duties.
• Develop knowledge of Commercial Banking Loan Policy.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Work independently and under pressure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• 2 - 3 years of Commercial Credit experience for Level II.
• 3 or more years for Level III.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
