Investment Portfolio Manager - Remote

Overview

The Investment Portfolio Manager implements portfolio monitoring duties associated with the maintenance of client portfolios ensuring that the portfolios are operating within the established parameters.

In Short

• Daily, monthly, and quarterly monitoring of clients’ portfolios.
• Ensure the Investment Statement has been completed and signed by client.
• Manage monthly distributions/contributions for each portfolio.
• Initiate rebalancing as appropriate.
• Oversee performance reporting software.
• Evaluate current and prospective portfolios.
• Review portfolio construction for appropriate asset allocation.
• Work with client advisors to develop financial plans.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate support staff.
• Engage in new business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5 or more years of professional work experience.
• Pursuit of CFA Charter or similar designation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of portfolio management concepts.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to perform under time pressures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of financial markets.
