New Energy Nexus is a fast-growing international organization that supports entrepreneurs and startups building breakthrough clean energy solutions to solve climate change. New Energy Nexus Ventures, our investment management arm based in Singapore, specializes in clean energy and climate tech investments. Established in 2020 with the Indonesia 1 Fund, we invest in early-stage clean energy startups across Southeast Asia to support our global vision of achieving 100% clean energy for 100% of the population.

In Short

• Seeking an experienced Investment Manager based out of Vietnam, Indonesia, or the Philippines.
• Drive current and prospective investment activities in the region.
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and early-stage funding mechanisms.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainable development.
• Reports to the Head of Investments with overall supervision from the CEO.
• Values audacity, innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Comfortable taking calculated risks.
• Manage impact data from portfolio companies.
• Facilitate communication with current and prospective limited partners.
• Contribute to the fund's overall investment strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in investment management.
• Knowledge of climate tech and renewable energy sectors.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in fundraising and investor relations.
• Understanding of market trends and regulatory developments.
• Ability to represent the fund at industry events.
