The Corporate Travel and Logistics Manager plays a vital role in delivering a consistent and elevated Busey Experience across our expanding footprint, in close partnership with the Marketing & Experience team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or business administration.
• 5+ years of executive level travel coordination experience.
• Knowledge of travel booking platforms (e.g., Concur, Egencia).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and deliver solutions.
• Experience in managing budgets and expense reports.
• Strong service-oriented mindset.
