Overview

The Corporate Travel Manager and Bookkeeper will manage corporate travel arrangements and maintain financial records to ensure compliance and optimize travel costs.

In Short

• Coordinate corporate travel arrangements including flights and accommodations.
• Track and document travel expenses in compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile receipts and invoices using QuickBooks.
• Produce weekly travel updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Analyze travel expenditures and create cost optimization reports.
• Review expense reports in Concur for compliance.
• Manage contracts with travel service providers.
• Develop and implement travel policies and procedures.
• Serve as the primary contact for travel inquiries.
• Conduct audits of travel expenses for cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting or travel management certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Experience with Concur Expense and Travel preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US geography and transportation systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Data entry skills for accurate financial records.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
