Customer Service Transmission Technician - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an ASE certified (preferred or equivalent experience) automatic transmission expert to join our team at Monster Transmission, responsible for providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Provide technical support regarding remanufactured transmissions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot transmission issues via phone or email.
• Act as a technical expert for customers and client care team.
• Assist client care with warranty issues and inquiries.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and issues.
• Educate customers on product maintenance.
• Identify product and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with warranty claims for timely resolutions.
• Manage client care phone lines as needed.

Requirements

• ASE certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for technical information dissemination.
• Experience in automotive diagnostics is ideal.
• Ability to work in the EST time zone.
• Willingness to undergo four weeks of training in Odessa, FL.
• Commutable distance to Odessa HQ preferred.
