Overview

Monster Transmission is seeking an ASE certified technician to provide technical support for remanufactured transmissions, ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting the client care team with warranty issues.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to customers regarding installation and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose common transmission issues over the phone or via email.
  • Act as the technical expert for customers and the client care team.
  • Assist the client care department with warranty issues.
  • Work with production and quality assurance teams to resolve concerns.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Educate customers on product maintenance.
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on feedback.
  • Assist with warranty claims.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • ASE certification required.
  • Previous diagnostic experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in the EST time zone.
  • Experience with remanufactured transmissions is a plus.
