As a Solutions Engineer at Buildkite, you will be responsible for uncovering customer problems and providing hands-on technical expertise by designing and demonstrating solutions to current and potential customers.

In Short

Work with Sales to identify and qualify business opportunities.
Build and present demonstrations and PoCs.
Upskill Sales team’s technical knowledge.
Provide technical support during POCs.
Lead “lift and shift” projects for customers.
Collaborate with customers to improve their workflows.
Share customer feedback with Product Engineering.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Participate in industry events and marketing activities.
Assist Sales in closing deals with technical expertise.

Requirements

Strong knowledge in CI/CD tools like Buildkite, Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab.
Experience with DevOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Passion for learning new build technologies.
Expertise in Cloud technologies - AWS and GCP preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
