Overview

The Premium Audit Service Representative is responsible for scheduling, documenting, and confirming adequate information received for the process of virtual audits, requiring communication with external and internal customers.

In Short

  • Review virtual audit information and requests from company systems.
  • Schedule virtual audits based on received information.
  • Handle disputes from agents or insureds regarding audit billing.
  • Document audit communications and process steps.
  • Summarize and provide feedback on audit results.
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental personnel.
  • Support premium audit virtual staff as needed.
  • Work on special projects and assignments.
  • Share information with less experienced representatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 1-3 years general business experience.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
