Overview

The Client Analyst II position focuses on servicing bswift clients and their employees to create raving fans through effective client support and benefits administration.

In Short

  • Provide ongoing service delivery to support client needs.
  • Act as first level system support for assigned clients.
  • Perform audits and file reviews for data accuracy.
  • Manage file processing and reporting tasks.
  • Support ACA processing and execute research for case resolution.
  • Test and configure systems to meet client requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries with timely communication.
  • Perform billing tasks including invoicing and payment reconciliation.
  • Work in a remote-first, office-friendly environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with databases and data manipulation.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in benefits administration or related software.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
