Overview

bswift is seeking an Advanced Analytics Engineer to shape the development of our new data lake infrastructure and provide advanced analytical support across business functions. This role will serve as a critical link between IT, analytics, and business stakeholders, leveraging analytical engineering and statistical expertise to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

• Serve as the primary analytical liaison with IT for the design and implementation of a new enterprise data lake.
• Develop code and data structures for efficient data access and analysis.
• Apply statistical programming (e.g., Python, R) to analyze complex datasets.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with SQL and complex queries.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming language with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in analytical engineering and database structures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
