Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead the development and scaling of our CPaaS platform for the US market, using AI solutions. You will be the driving force behind our technology strategy, product innovation, and engineering culture, combining deep technical expertise with business acumen and a passion for emerging technologies.

In Short

• Develop 5 new products based on AI solutions.
• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of a scalable CPaaS platform.
• Drive innovation through AI/ML, cloud-native solutions, and modern development practices.
• Lead DevOps, infrastructure, and high-load system performance.
• Conduct technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and hands-on code reviews.
• Ensure platform and data security, compliance, and system integrity.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-level engineering team.
• Set up and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and technical metrics.
• Manage the budget and forecast the costs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, product engineering, and technology leadership.
• Proven track record as CTO or similar technical leader position in international markets.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and modern programming languages.
• Deep knowledge of databases and query optimization.
• Experience with message brokers and caching systems.
• Understanding of microservices, CI/CD, and high-performance systems.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with fintech, telecom, or CPaaS platforms is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
