Overview

The Personal Lines Brokerage Analyst will evaluate and process insurance renewal applications, ensuring compliance with quality standards and collaborating with brokers to improve processes.

  • Assess risk and determine appropriate underwriting actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with brokers for better market optimization.
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone.
  • Analyze client information to make informed underwriting decisions.
  • Maintain knowledge of market opportunities for negotiation.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Work remotely with regular hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines underwriting.
  • Property & Casualty License and Surplus Lines License required.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant insurance certifications are a plus.
