Overview

The British Rowing is seeking enthusiastic and excellent coach educators to facilitate learning and development opportunities for coaches and volunteers, both in-person and virtually.

• Facilitate in-person and online training for coaches.
• Tailor educational materials to meet learners' needs.
• Ensure effective course planning and quality control.
• Support the ongoing development of coaching resources.
• Work in consultation with the British Rowing Learning, Education and Development Department.

• Formal teaching/educator qualification required.
• Extensive experience in facilitating in-person learning.

• Understanding of the sport of rowing.
