Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• In-house recruiting experience at small to mid-sized tech companies.
• Deep experience with sourcing platforms and ATS.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility.
