Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into insights.
  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools.
  • Expertise in managing marketing automation systems like Hubspot and Marketo.
  • Experience with planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Deep knowledge of integrated B2B marketing and digital analytics.
  • Combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
