Superside is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our world-class Revenue Operations team, specializing in marketing operations. This role is instrumental in managing inbound processes, lead routing, automation workflows, and cross-functional alignment to support our marketing and sales funnel.

• Own and optimize inbound lead processes, including lead routing, scoring, and data enrichment.
• Manage and enhance HubSpot workflows.
• Improve marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign execution.
• Implement and oversee marketing automation initiatives.
• Maintain data hygiene and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue or Marketing Operations.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with marketing data.
• Experience with lead scoring, routing, and enrichment tools.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools is a plus.
• A proactive mindset to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
