As a Strategy Analyst at Brightspeed, you will leverage your analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities to drive value creation from existing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.

In Short

Identify gaps between existing initiatives and long-term targets.
Diagnose roadblocks and design plans to address them.
Partner with initiative owners to establish critical enablers.
Identify opportunities to surpass annual targets.
Conduct risk assessments of value creation plans.
Develop dashboards and reports to measure KPIs.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
Telecom experience is a plus.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in strategy consulting.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical toolset including SQL and programming languages.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Track record of academic rigor.
