Overview

Brightspeed is currently looking for a Senior Instructional Designer with facilitation and telecom experience to join our Channel Readiness Training and Communications team! This role combines deep instructional design and facilitation expertise with strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior designers and team members.
• Apply expert-level knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theory.
• Create virtual instructor-led content and eLearning courses.
• Track projects using tools like Asana and Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define learning needs.
• Monitor learning outcomes and propose improvements.
• Analyze instructional design tools for business goals.
• Maintain and track learning materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and development.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 Suite, Vyond, and Camtasia.
• Expertise in producing video content and scripts.
• Experience with various learning assets and digital badges.
• Voice-over recording experience and proficiency in editing software.
• Instructional Design Certification preferred.
• Data-driven mindset and strategic thinking.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience designing training content for telecom sales and support.
