Overview

Brightspeed is seeking an IT Technical Lead to design and implement Service Assurance solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with business partners to enhance user experience.

In Short

  • Lead design and implementation of Service Assurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT partners to translate business requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for process design.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and solution design.
  • Support unit testing and facilitate UAT.
  • Drive initiatives from requirements to implementation.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
  • Act as a leader within implementation teams.
  • Identify and implement user experience improvements.
  • Oversee all stages of product creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with custom workspace and service portal in ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and UI Builder.
  • API integration experience with third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and solve complex problems.
