IT Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IT Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead the execution of BI and analytics initiatives that deliver consistent, reliable, and actionable insights across the organization.

• Manage the BI & Analytics team to deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities
• Lead the execution of the enterprise BI and analytics roadmap, ensuring delivery aligns with business requirements and governance standards
• Oversee the development and adoption of standardized enterprise metrics and KPI frameworks across business units
• Partner with stakeholders to understand analytics needs, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines meet BI requirements
• Manage BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Establish and enforce BI development standards
• Oversee vendor management for BI and analytics platforms
• Monitor BI solution adoption and user satisfaction
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for BI team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy execution
• 3+ years of experience managing BI teams
• Experience delivering enterprise analytics and KPI frameworks
• Strong understanding of BI tools and platforms
• Familiarity with data warehousing and data governance principles
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience delivering BI solutions in complex environments
