Forecaster - Remote

Overview

Brightspeed is looking for a Forecaster to join our team! In this role, you will manage work streams and resources affecting appointment offerings, creating and maintaining forecast models for the Network workforce.

In Short

• Responsible for managing work streams and resources.
• Create statistical forecasts using the Forecasting Tool.
• Gather, analyze, and validate data.
• Execute statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Facilitate collaborative planning processes.
• Apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting.
• Prepare reports related to demand planning.
• Maintain demand planning systems and the Forecast Tool.
• Monitor trends in forecast error.
• Refine systems to improve forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and TEAMS.
• Consultative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in a deadline-focused business environment.
