Capital Markets Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Capital Markets Manager at Brightspeed, you will lead and support financing transactions, enhancing the company's ability to secure and manage capital effectively.

In Short

• Lead and support execution of capital markets transactions, including debt issuances and ABS.
• Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and related materials.
• Build and maintain financial models for transactions.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Business Units.
• Partner with investment banks and legal advisors for transaction execution.
• Support management in investor communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets or investment banking.
• Experience in financing transactions and investor communications.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
