Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Vice President, Clinical Recruiting to lead and scale our provider hiring strategy as part of our Care Operations team. This leader will own the end-to-end recruiting function for clinicians and coaches across multiple geographies, ensuring that our workforce is built to deliver high-quality care efficiently and at scale.

In Short

  • Architect and execute a multi-year clinical recruiting strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs.
  • Build recruiting infrastructure and data-driven processes.
  • Design proactive strategies for sourcing and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Executive Team on growth plans.
  • Own and evolve provider compensation strategy.
  • Partner with People team on role design and career paths.
  • Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team.
  • Influence strategic decisions related to hiring and onboarding.
  • Provide data-driven insights on recruiting performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in recruiting or operations.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting for clinicians.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Knowledge of compensation strategies for W2 clinicians.
  • Proven success in scaling clinical recruiting.
  • Strong operational and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with state-specific employment laws.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with modern recruiting technology platforms.
  • Exceptional influencing skills at the executive level.
