Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced physician leader to join our team as Vice President, Clinical Quality. This role will be instrumental in leading our organization’s success in delivering high-quality, value-based care by overseeing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on key quality measures.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree required with 15+ years of experience.
• 5+ years in a clinical leadership role focused on quality improvement.
• Exceptional ability to lead through influence.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of key quality measures related to chronic disease.
