Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Full-Cycle Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our talent pipeline to support our high-growth strategy and mission to redefine mental health for children and their families. In this role, you will focus on recruiting for Mental Health roles across both our growing clinics and virtual team.

In Short

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical roles at Brightline, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to meet the evolving needs of our business.
• Assess candidates for their clinical qualifications and alignment with Brightline's mission.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to develop targeted hiring plans.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Leverage Brightline’s ATS (Ashby) to manage requisitions and track candidate workflows.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes.

Requirements

• A passion for Brightline's mission to redefine mental health for children and families.
• Expertise in recruiting licensed and pre-licensed clinicians in the Mental Health field.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume roles.
• A proven track record of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems effectively.
• Proficiency with various sourcing tools and techniques.
