Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Tier 1 Technical Product Support Representative to join our team.

In Short

  • Provide Bright Data's customers with timely and accurate technical support.
  • Handle a high volume of technical customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Independently solve technical problems using internal documentation.
  • Clarify problem solutions and provide workflows to customers.
  • Interact with other departments to clarify and escalate issues.

Requirements

  • Past experience in a similar role.
  • Basic programming knowledge of JavaScript and HTML (Python or other languages - an advantage).
  • Strong technical skills and ability to read technical documentation.
  • Excellent spoken & written business communication skills.
  • Customer oriented, accountable, organized, and fast learner.
