• Manage digitalization projects in the public sector.
• Plan and control projects regarding time, resources, budget, and goals.

• Coach project teams on modern project management methods.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business or computer science, or comparable qualification with IT project management experience.
• Experience in successfully managing complex IT projects.
• Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiar with common project management methods and tools.
• Hold certifications like IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, or agile project management (e.g., Scrum).
• Knowledge of processes in public administrations or similar organizations.
• Clear communication skills, able to present convincingly and engage stakeholders.
• Self-reliant and able to view problems as challenges.
• Fluent in German.
