As a Breezy HR Customer Success Agent, you'll use your enthusiasm and empathy to help us troubleshoot, understand, and delight our incredible customer base.

In Short

• This is a full time remote position working 9am to 6pm EST.
• You will navigate Breezy's platform to assist customers effectively.
• Help customers achieve their goals and resolve issues with patience and humor.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Track support metrics and work towards customer satisfaction goals.
• Identify trends in customer issues to help develop training programs.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Comfortable with technology, especially in the SaaS space.
• Strong problem-solving and professional communication skills are essential.
