Overview

The People Solutions Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall employee experience and optimizing processes to align with business needs at Braze.

• Maintain understanding of HR policies and local laws for compliance.
• Review new hire data and support onboarding processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries through a ticketing system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong service orientation to customers.
• Receptive to feedback.
• Prior experience with HRIS systems (Workday is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
