Manager, Machine Learning Engagement Management - Remote

Overview

The Manager, ML Engagement Management is a critical role on our growing AI Expert Services team. As an EM, you will own all phases of the program execution process for designing, configuring, and expanding OfferFit by Braze use cases.

In Short

• Lead the AI Deployment Lifecycle from start to finish.
• Facilitate Technical Workshops with customers.
• Drive successful customer engagements throughout the AI deployment process.
• Champion project management excellence by improving standardized AI deployment playbook.
• Influence the Product Roadmap to ensure it remains customer-centric.
• Build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Manage technical setup and oversee user acceptance testing.
• Identify risks and address them proactively.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the architectural and machine learning design of use cases.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience managing technical projects from start to finish.
• Ability to lead workshops with senior-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on technical experience in machine learning.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach to project management.
• Ability to navigate complex projects and build relationships.
