Accounts Receivable Analyst II - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on detailed oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst II to join our growing Finance team and to help support the continued expansion of our global business. This candidate will join our Accounts Receivable team. They will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, accurate and timely closing of the monthly books, streamlining processes. Additionally, this individual will innovate and drive efficiencies through continual evaluation of our systems and business processes. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of collections and accounting experience.
• Beginner knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
• Solid organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple entities and deliverables.
• Experience working with international teams.
