Overview

Bravium Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance on the ServiceNow platform for our client, ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of existing production capabilities.

In Short

• Provide operational support and maintenance on the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.
• Ensure availability and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage user access and security.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new ServiceNow applications.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage change requests.
• 4+ years of IT experience required.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong documentation skills are necessary.

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall IT experience supporting enterprise systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow.
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, WSD, SAM, and ITOM modules.
• Skilled in user and group administration in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based processes.
• Experience configuring workflows and business rules in ServiceNow.
• Ability to monitor platform health and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Strong documentation skills.
• US Citizenship required.
