In Short

• Work on data engineering and analytics engineering pipeline tasks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations.
• Troubleshoot and fix data pipeline issues.
• Ensure data quality and compliance.
• Make recommendations for process optimization.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders.
• Support the development of junior team members.
• Engage in self-service tool management.
• Work in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data/reporting development.
• Proficiency in SQL; dbt experience is desirable.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Experience in insurance data and business domain is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and quality monitoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience in process automation and business intelligence.
• Hands-on technical expertise in data development.
• Leadership skills to support team development.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
