• Quickly understand Cohere’s products, services and clinical programs.
• Build required ETL jobs for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data.
• Ingest, standardize, transform, validate and load various data.
• Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues.
• Ensure data quality through monitoring and quality checks.
• Map and specify target data requirements and transformations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or related field.
• 1-3 years data experience in healthcare analytics.
• Passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system.
• Self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with software development practices.
• Expertise in ETL tools and languages like Spark, PySpark, Python, DBT, and SQL.
• Knowledge in data modeling and storage design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for data governance.
• Knowledge of clinical/financial metrics in healthcare preferred.
