Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn complex systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Understanding of project management processes.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Familiarity with billing systems or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience with XML, JSON, and REST APIs is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of log observability tools like Kibana.
